Delivery methods in Ukraine:

  • Nova Poshta


We deliver orders to the regions of Ukraine with the help of NP (Nova Poshta), and international shipments - with the Ukr Poshta service. After placing an order, a confirmation letter will immediately come to your e-mail or our manager will contact you. On the next business day, we will transfer the order to the NP and send you a track number so that you can track the approach of the treasured package.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm are dispatched the same day: Mon-Fri.

The cost and delivery time are calculated by the NP individually - it all depends on the weight of the package and the distance
There is also free shipping for orders over 800 UAH.


Delivery within Odessa:

  • Pickup
  • You can always pick up your order on the day of its registration in Odessa at the following addresses:
  • st. Novoselskoho 110, from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • st. Troitska 19, from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Please give us a call one hour before your arrival.
  • Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta (by courier and to the office). The cost and delivery time are calculated individually (free delivery of orders over 800 UAH)


International delivery:

We deliver to all countries of the world. Delivery is paid before sending (at the expense of the buyer). The cost of delivery is calculated by mail (the price for delivery is formed depending on the weight of the parcel and distance).

Payment options:

Online payment through the WayForPay system;
  • Cash payment upon pickup from production in Odessa;
  • Bank transfer (payment by receipt/account);
  • Cash on delivery with a minimum prepayment of 100 UAH.


Purchase returns:

Please inspect the parcel at the post office or in the presence of the courier. If you received the wrong product that you ordered or an incomplete order, please take a photo of the order, refuse to receive it and contact the Healthy Choice manager +38 099 474 48 81.


If the return is carried out at the request of the client, and we, in turn, provided quality products - the amount to be returned is minus 2.2% (the commission of the WayForPay service paying through the site). If the payment was by details, the entire amount is subject to a refund.


Also, if the order was in the amount of 800 UAH and the delivery was paid by us, the recipient also pays for the delivery in both directions.
